  • INTELLIGENT & HIGH-TECH: Key enhancements bring Kawasaki’s finest electronics management technology to the Ninja H2® SX SE hypersport, resulting in precise chassis orientation awareness that assists a rider’s ability to adapt to a wide range of street riding conditions and scenarios.
  • ADVANCED RIDER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS: The Bosch® radar-based Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS) features surround sensing technology that adds to rider reassurance while touring or riding in heavy traffic. Helping to make riding safer and more convenient, the ARAS system includes: Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), and Blind-Spot Detection (BSD).
  • COORDINATED CONTROL: The Ninja H2® SX SE hypersport is Kawasaki’s first model to integrate an FI-ECU with torque-demand capabilities; an IMU that measures in six DOF; and a compact, boost-circuit-equipped ABS with high computational power. Working in concert, they enable coordinated control of both engine output and brake force so vehicle speed can be changed with great precision and smoothness.
  • VEHICLE HOLD ASSIST: Vehicle Hold Assist (VHA) is activated when the rider has come to a complete stop and firmly applies the brake(s), VHA engages the rear brake, allowing the rider to relax their brake hand.
  • KAWASAKI INTELLIGENT PROXIMITY ACTIVATION START SYSTEM: Kawasaki’s Intelligent Proximity Activation Start System (KIPASS) is a master key system that allows remote activation of the bike’s main switch and steering lock for additional security and added convenience.
  • TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING: The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) monitors both front and rear tire pressures, alerting the rider with a low-pressure warning that is displayed on the TFT meter.
  • KAWASAKI CORNERING MANAGEMENT FUNCTION: Using the latest evolution of modeling software and feedback, Kawasaki Cornering Management Function (KCMF) monitors engine and chassis parameters through the corner, modulating brake force and engine power for smooth transitions while assisting riders in tracing their intended line.
  • KAWASAKI TRACTION CONTROL: Whereas many competitive traction control systems react to wheel-slip, this IMU-enhanced feedback version of Kawasaki TRaction Control (KTRC) predicts conditions and acts before slippage exceeds the range for optimal traction. When turned on, riders can choose from 3 modes, allowing riders to choose the degree in which each mode intervenes during riding. Riders may also elect to turn the system off.
  • USEFUL INFORMATION AT A GLANCE: Large, easy-to-read 6.5-inch full-color TFT instrumentation screen adds a high-tech touch to the cockpit. Along with multiple display modes (black, white or automatic), the TFT instrumentation is complemented by smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth as well as compatibility with Kawasaki SPIN to offer riders a wide range of information.
  • SMARTPHONE CONNECTIVITY: Smartphone-based infotainment app (SPIN) enables various third party applications to be downloaded and mirrored on the cockpit's TFT display. Basic functions available in the app include: telephone, map display, music, calendar, and contacts. Additionally, riders can opt to download third-party apps to add to their Kawasaki SPIN library to be able to interact with them on the TFT display.   • SUITED TO YOUR RIDE: The Kawasaki Engine Braking Control (KEBC) system allows riders to set engine braking according to their desired preference. When the system is activated, the engine braking effect is reduced, providing less interference when sport riding.

Updated software incorporates Showa's Skyhook EERA (Electronically Equipped Ride Adjustment) technology to deliver an even more composed ride, contributing to increased comfort and rider enjoyment.
  • SUPERB STOPPING POWER: In the front, a Brembo® radial-pump brake master cylinder, 2 massive 320mm semi-floating discs are gripped by dual radial-mount, opposed 4-piston, Brembo® Stylema monobloc calipers, delivering strong braking force and superb feel. In the rear, a 250mm disc with twin-piston caliper provides strong braking performance.
  • KAWASAKI INTELLIGENT ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM: ABS is a standard feature. The IMU-enabled Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-Lock Brake System (KIBS) is a supersport-grade high-precision multi-sensing ABS brake assistance system that uses high-precision control to modulate brake pressure during sport riding.

The Ninja H2® SX SE hypersport shares a trellis frame design similar to that of the Ninja H2® and Ninja H2®R hypersports but has been re-engineered to accommodate passengers and luggage. A USB-type power outlet is conveniently hidden under the rear seat, offering a source for powering accessories.

The ergonomically designed front seat provides comfort for long-distance rides and accommodates position changes for sportier riding. Both rider and passenger seats are wider than previous iterations, in addition to revised shapes, thickness, and density that add to rider and passenger comfort.

  • COLD WEATHER COMFORT: Grip heaters come as a standard feature and add ride comfort especially on colder rides. Wiring is cleverly hidden inside the handlebars so as to not affect throttle operation, which also contributes to a cleaner design.

  • ABSOLUTE POWER: The balanced supercharged engine was developed for everyday street riding and delivers a versatile engine character that supports relaxed long-distance riding, easy manageability at slow speeds, exhilarating acceleration and superb fuel efficiency.
  • POWERFUL & EFFICIENT: The supercharger was designed to offer both power and fuel efficiency. Operating in sync with the engine, the supercharger allows high-efficiency operation over a wider range of conditions. Because the supercharger design is highly efficient, compressed intake air is minimally heated and, as a result, no intercooler is necessary.
  • OPTIMAL AIRFLOW: To match the airflow requirements of the supercharged engine, the Ninja H2® SX SE hypersport was designed with a Ram Air duct which routes fresh air to the supercharger in as straight a line as possible, contributing to the increased supercharger efficiency. Air supplied to the supercharger enters via a single Ram Air intake in the left side of the upper cowl to optimize flow.
  • PRECISELY ENGINEERED: The shape and angle of the supercharger impeller blades are optimized for the high-efficiency engine. The complex impeller is formed from a forged aluminum block using a 5-axis CNC machining center for precision and durability. Grooves etched into the blade surfaces help direct the airflow.
  • BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE: The planetary gear train runs off the crankshaft—with speed stepped up by an intermediary gear—ultimately producing an impeller rotation of 9.2x the crank speed, reaching maximum speeds of nearly 130,000 rpm, to produce optimal airflow.
